Tasks

• You take on daily responsibility in the protected dementia ward and support and advise residents and relatives in challenging care and crisis situations.
• You manage the entire care process – from planning through implementation to evaluation – and delegate tasks competently to staff.
• You perform demanding nursing and medical-technical activities, especially in complex and unstable situations.
• You contribute your professional expertise during medical rounds and interdisciplinary reports and promote holistic, needs-oriented care.
• You actively engage in the further development of the ward and contribute to ensuring care quality as well as constructive interprofessional collaboration.

Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH or DN II; for foreign diplomas with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in the dementia field and enjoyment in supporting people with partial cognitive impairments
• Empathetic, appreciative personality with a strong resident focus and professional interaction with relatives
• Independent and responsible working style, networked thinking as well as team spirit and high resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, strong communication skills and a touch of humour

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 85,143.– and CHF 113,769.– (100%).
