The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with around 130 employees, is one of the important employers in the region. In our residential and care center, 80 people find a home. Area of responsibility:
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of individual and group activities tailored to the needs and resources of the residents
- Support and accompany residents in maintaining and further developing their abilities in various areas
- Participation in planning and organizing events as well as attending special events in everyday life
We expect:
- You have completed training as a specialist in everyday design/activation (e.g., LeA, FaBe) and have experience working with elderly people
- You are a resilient, reliable, and independent personality with a good sense of humor, team spirit, and flexibility
- You have excellent organizational skills and confident knowledge of common computer programs
- You are characterized by your communication skills and high social competence and represent the institution well externally
- You are willing to work on weekends if needed
