What you achieve
In addition to the operational day-to-day business, you lead a motivated team of 17 pharmaceutical assistants / pharmacy specialists in all personnel and professional matters and create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute and develop further.
- You have the overall view and coordinate the team in hectic situations.
- You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the operation.
- You contribute ideas, question existing processes, and actively help shape improvements.
- You work closely with nursing, medical staff, and other specialist areas and are an important contact person within the hospital.
- You participate in projects, quality initiatives, and the further development of our hospital pharmacy.
What distinguishes you
- You have completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant EFZ or druggist and necessarily have several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, ideally in a hospital environment.
- With your existing leadership experience, you know how to inspire, promote, and engage the team.
- You enjoy working with people and taking responsibility.
- Organisational talent, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset are central qualities of yours.
- You are a positive, open personality with good communication skills and are interested in further developing processes and shaping change.
- You have a flair for IT systems (MS Office, KISIM, etc.) and are open to the digitalisation of processes.
