For an established company in the Biel Gerlafingen region, we are looking for a committed individual as Heating Team Leader (m/f). You will take responsibility for a team of around 7 to 8 employees and, together with your team, ensure high-quality execution of the work.
- Organisation and coordination of daily assignments
- Active participation in day-to-day operations on construction sites and during service calls
- Support of the team with demanding technical tasks
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
- Contact person for employees, customers, and internal departments
- Promotion and development of your team
- Several years of professional experience in the heating sector
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on responsibility
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively contributing yourself
- Organisational talent and a solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented personality with natural leadership qualities
- Driving licence category B
- Well-coordinated and motivated team
