As a Category A training clinic, inpatient with a total of 158 hospital beds and about 1600 admissions per year, it is on par with university and cantonal hospitals. Ward A5 offers a broad diagnostic service for people with newly occurring psychological symptoms and provides contemporary treatment options in crises or relapses. Your responsibilities include
- Deputising for and supporting the ward management in all tasks
- Responsibility for and execution of the comprehensive implementation of a complete nursing process within the framework of key worker duties
- Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Support in crisis situations
- Conducting complex conversations with relatives
- Responsibility for and shaping of interprofessional collaboration
- Practical training of apprentices and students: guiding, accompanying and supporting
You bring with you
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF / FH
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
