Chemist as Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

• Market observation, identification of new projects, and new customer acquisition
• Commercial support of project implementation
• Preparation of offers and contract negotiations
• Budget and capacity planning
• Creation of customer-specific presentations
• Planning and conducting customer visits and participation in trade fairs

• Degree in chemistry or industrial chemistry with an interest in chemistry
• Professional experience in the custom development & manufacturing sector
• Experienced contract negotiator
• Above-average analytical skills (numbers person, business sense)
• Excellent written and spoken expression in German and English
• Analytical, conceptual, holistic, and creative
• Communicative, assertive, socially competent, and authentic
• Reliable, precise, and accurate
