The self-service restaurant Barmelguet with sun terrace and kiosk is open 7 days a week all year round and is a central meeting point for internal and external guests. In addition to daily operations, the team is also responsible for aperitifs, banquets and seminars for 12 to 200 guests, actively shaping the guest and employee experience.

What you will achieve with us

You lead and further develop the catering team (around 15 employees plus one apprentice catering specialist) both professionally and organisationally – embedded in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation environment.

With your appreciative, inspiring leadership, you motivate your team to engage daily and attentively for our internal and external guests.

In lively operational situations, you are present on the ground, keep an overview and make appropriate decisions according to the situation.

You ensure smooth processes in your department and promote efficient, constructive collaboration with internal interfaces.

You plan, organise and are responsible for banquets and seminars – from enquiry through implementation to billing.

You inspire us…

with a completed higher vocational training or several years of professional, leadership and seminar experience in a comparable role.
