At the Urdorf location, we use two buildings in close proximity, which we operate as tenants. You will independently manage the infrastructure of both buildings and, together with the Central Services team, ensure that it functions reliably at all times – for a smooth working day and a professional appearance of Die Ärztekasse.
During holidays or absences, the team ensures cover.

Main tasks
- Responsibility for Facility Service at the Urdorf location, as well as partly in our agencies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Organisation and coordination of maintenance, repair, and cleaning work
- Supervision and management of external service providers (building cleaning, maintenance, disposal, security, etc.)
- Ensuring a smooth operation of the infrastructure (e.g. buildings, building services, energy supply, workplaces)
- Support with moves, space planning and workplace design
- Management of access and security processes, as well as parking management
- Support with incoming and outgoing mail, reception and front desk services, as well as general logistical tasks
- Control and provision of meeting rooms (order, equipment and technology)
Your profile
- Completed technical or craft training (e.g. building technician, facility management specialist or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in facility management or a similar role
- Technical understanding and organisational talent
- Confident PC user skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Service-oriented personality with high reliability
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good oral English skills
