Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks:

Independent management of accounts receivable accounting
• Posting payment transactions
• Cooperation with sales/spare parts service
• Correspondence with representatives and customers including commission statements
• Dunning of accounts receivable (worldwide)
• Assessment of bad debt risks
• Coordination of export financing in consultation with CFO (letters of credit, SERV)
Intercompany reconciliations with the Jakob Müller Group
Participation in monthly closing tasks
Liquidity monitoring
Manual payment transactions using banking software
Support for manual invoices in the accounts payable workflow
Support for accounting trainees
Deputy support for accounts payable accounting, deputy weekly payment run in the ERP system, deputy expense report workflow

Requirements:

Completed commercial basic training
Experience in financial accounting
Enjoy working with young people
Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Precise, structured, and independent working style
Solid IT user skills
