Transport Dispatcher 100%
Your tasks
- Scheduling in the scheduling system (Pracar) for our own fleet as well as for external transports
- Checking loading lists and conducting necessary clarifications with AVOR and sales
- Organisation and coordination of swap body, rail, and special transports
- Handling customer, driver, and internal enquiries as well as informing and supporting drivers regarding changes in daily operations
- Creating and assigning delivery notes, recording quality reports for faulty deliveries
- Contributing to the optimisation of processes and workflows
- Checking the ARV
Your qualities
- Completed training in transport, logistics, forwarding, or commercial training with relevant experience
- Several years of professional experience in transport scheduling
- Very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
- Confident handling of route planning and scheduling software, ideally good MS Office and ERP knowledge
- High sense of responsibility and strong organisational talent
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and flexibility even in hectic situations
- Team player with very good German and French skills
