To enable our teams worldwide to work efficiently, we need an IT infrastructure that is stable, secure, and cloud-ready. This is where you come in. As a System Engineer, you will ensure that our systems run smoothly, our cloud environment performs well, and cyber risks don't stand a chance. You will work closely with infrastructure, Azure, security, and support, bringing technology and people together.
- You will carry out migrations of systems, servers, and cloud services and further develop our infrastructure from a technical perspective.
- You will analyze malfunctions in IT systems, initiate measures, and ensure that they are resolved in a sustainable manner.
- You will monitor and manage network resources and backup processes.
- You will actively work on Azure resources and our cloud infrastructure.
- You will analyze cybersecurity alerts and vulnerability reports in collaboration with the SOC and implement appropriate measures.
- You will evaluate new hardware, software, and cloud services and put them into practice.
- You will support the service desk with more complex tickets and share your knowledge in IT training courses.
- You will maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in our IT structures.
How well-versed are you in these areas?
You think in a structured way, work in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy solving technical challenges cleanly and sustainably. To do this, you have the following:
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ platform development or higher
- Experience in the system engineering environment, ideally three to five years
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud environments (Azure is an advantage)
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French or Italian are a plus
- Driver's license category B
- Responsible and service-oriented approach to work
