About the job
Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
3 52,756.-- / 81,560.--
Tasks:
- performs various assembly, maintenance and repair work on vehicles, machines and equipment owned by the State
- supports managers in internal training and apprenticeships at the State Workshop
- collaborates with the various departments within the State Workshop (OfS)
- proactively contributes to promoting the orientation and directives of the State Vehicles and Machines Office (UAMS)
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as a mechatronics technician or maintenance mechanic or equivalent qualification in the automotive sector
- experience in managing and training apprentices
- several years of experience in similar workshop activities
- initiative, team spirit and good organisational skills
- proven professionalism and impeccable conduct
- flexibility and willingness to work at high and irregular rhythms
- good knowledge of the Ticino cantonal context
- holds or is willing to obtain C1 and BE driving licences within 12 months of employment

Employment conditions:
