The AFV Beltrame Group is growing! For the location Gerlafingen we are looking for a:
Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Tasks/Responsibilities
What to expect:
- You independently carry out the monthly payroll processing and ensure correct and timely payroll
- You record and check payroll-relevant changes
- You take care of entries and exits as well as other personnel changes in SAP HCM
- You create reports and HR statistics for the group
- You handle accounting and declarations in the area of social security and withholding tax
- You are the contact person for employees, authorities, insurance companies and external bodies for questions regarding payroll and personnel administration
- You support the HR team with other administrative tasks
Skills
What you bring:
- Solid SAP knowledge (HR/HCM) is a mandatory requirement for this position
- Commercial basic training with targeted further education in HR, payroll or social security
- Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social security, labour and withholding tax law
- High level of responsibility, discretion and professionalism
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Discretion, responsibility and ability to work in a team
