Our client is an internationally active industrial company for sophisticated drive and control systems. You provide technical support to customers, assist with commissioning and fault analysis, and develop suitable service and modernisation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers with electrohydraulic systems
Carry out commissioning and troubleshooting remotely and on site
Accompany technical customer training
Develop and offer repair and modernisation solutions
Process service orders including quotations and ERP handling
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training EFZ
Experience in plant, control or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of electrical engineering and hydraulics is an advantage
Confident in using MS Office, ERP experience is an advantage
Technical understanding combined with commercial flair
Very good German and English
