Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of construction supplies and interior finishing. The company develops and produces high-quality solutions for demanding construction projects and supports its customers from planning to implementation. Quality, precision and a strong customer focus are central to this.
Responsibilities:
Professional leadership and coordination of a team in the maintenance area
Organisation and planning of maintenance, repair and servicing assignments
Ensuring high availability of machines, systems and technical equipment
Analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as support with complex error cases
Planning and supervision of preventive maintenance and servicing measures
Coordination of external specialists and service providers for technical work
Participation in conversions, optimisations and technical projects
Monitoring compliance with safety, quality and maintenance standards
Documentation and evaluation of maintenance work as well as deriving improvement measures
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician, polymechanic, electromechanic or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and/or automation
Experience in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and strong team skills
Very good German language skills
