As a medium-sized bodywork and garage business with Ford brand representation and a service centre for Dodge and RAM in Oberentfelden, we offer our customers all services related to vehicles. This also includes needs-based vehicle modifications. As a long-established, future-oriented family business, we are known for our quality and customer proximity. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as Workshop Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Overall organisation as well as personnel and professional leadership of the workshop team
• Responsible for achieving targets regarding volumes and profitability in the workshop
• Coordination of workshop capacity with customer service
• Implementation of internal organisation
• Compliance with workflows and work quality as well as result and quality controls
• Diagnosis and localisation of faults
• Active participation and technical support of workshop staff
• Responsible for correct and error-free time recording of employees
• Supervision and training of apprentices
• Regular participation in brand-specific further training and courses
• Ensuring workplace safety

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician as well as certified diagnostician or workshop coordinator
• Several years of professional experience and leadership skills
• High technical competence in the automotive sector
• Positive personality (motivator) and communication skills
• Analytical and structured approach
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good verbal expression, German spoken and written
• Valid driving licence category B
