We are looking for a committed group leader for a mixed-age group for our RÄGIPARK location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Co-creation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
• Support in the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
• Co-creation of a parenting partnership with the families
• Co-organisation of excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Contributing to a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed qualification as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
