YOUR TASKS AND PROSPECTS
- Ensuring orderly goods receipt and delivery control
- Checking delivery notes, quantities, quality, and any deviations
- Order, structure and cleanliness in the defined storage areas of Oberwaid
- Supporting the department heads with orders, requests for quotations and supplier clarifications for various areas of Oberwaid
- Responsible for the coding of invoices according to the specifications of the finance department
- Assisting with the preparation of seminar rooms
- Running external errands and occasional driving duties
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, gastronomy, or a comparable environment is an advantage
- Experience in the warehouse or logistics sector is an advantage, as well as an interest in learning and further developing internal ordering and material processes
- Practical, reliable and physically resilient personality
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and ideally ordering systems
- Driving licence category B
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- The workload is spread over 5 working days from Monday to Friday
