Technical Building Maintenance (a)

In this versatile and exciting role, you will support and relieve the operational units in Basel as an employee in technical building maintenance.

Your main tasks:

- Operation and monitoring of technical systems
- Conducting control and inspection rounds on technical systems as well as in the properties
- Documenting defects or carrying out necessary measures to remedy defects
- Planning and carrying out required inspections on technical systems
- Creating, maintaining, and updating property and system documentation
- Obtaining quotes from third-party providers and accompanying them

Your profile:

- Completed apprenticeship in the field of building maintenance or technology
- Professional experience in a similar role in a demanding customer segment
- Good MS Office user skills
- Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
- Willingness for on-call duty (mandatory)
