We are looking for a proactive personality as
Health Specialist EFZ
in day service (workload negotiable, combined with night service possible)
Your tasks
- You ensure the care and support of the residents, taking into account their social and cultural needs.
- You organise and coordinate the nursing tasks.
- You work within the intra- and interprofessional team and with specialist agencies from involved work and professional areas.
