About the job

Make sure our branches stay cool. Take independent responsibility for our refrigeration systems in the Migros Lucerne branch network. You solve technical challenges autonomously and ensure smooth operation. Look forward to varied assignments, plenty of freedom, and an important advantage that not every position in the industry offers: no on-call duty.

What you achieve

• You ensure the reliable operation of our commercial refrigeration systems in our retail outlets and independently carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work
• You coordinate external specialists and suppliers and ensure professional execution of the work
• You guarantee the operational readiness of our systems and contribute decisively to operational safety, hygiene, and cost-effectiveness
• You identify optimisation potentials, contribute your own ideas, and implement measures for energy-efficient and sustainable system operation

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Preferably experience in CO2 refrigeration technology as a refrigeration system fitter
• Professional experience: Strong willingness to familiarise yourself with the specialist area
• Reliable and precise working method
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Independence and flexibility
• You hold a category B driving licence, as you will be deployed at several locations in the Migros Lucerne branch network
• German (B1)
