The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The High Care Nursing Department stands for highly specialized, professional, and at the same time compassionate care. We provide respectful and highly professional care and support to people of all ages who require severe and intensive nursing care. The focus is on complex care situations such as severe traumatic brain injuries, persistent vegetative state, ventilation, and other neurological diseases.
Currently, the High Care Department has 10 nursing places. With the move to the new building, the area will be expanded to a total of 25 places from autumn 2026 – accompanied by the further development of structures, processes, and care concepts.

- Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the High Care Nursing Department
- Ensuring professional and evidence-based care and further development of existing concepts
- Responsibility for leading, promoting, and further developing the interdisciplinary team
- Recruitment of new employees
- Close collaboration with internal and external specialist departments as well as with relatives
- Role model in individual care and support of residents
- Assuming daily responsibility
This is how you convince us:
- Proven and motivated leadership personality or the willingness to take on this leadership responsibility at a high professional level
- Nursing diploma HF/FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Experience in intensive care/emergency care or solid knowledge in highly complex care situations is an advantage
- Confidence in medical-technical procedures and ventilation management
- Solid knowledge in neurology or willingness to develop specifically
- Networked thinking, structured and confident action in demanding situations
- Responsible personality who enjoys actively shaping
