Reporting to the Technical Manager and as part of a team, you will carry out HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks mainly on tertiary sites in the Geneva region.

Your tasks:

• Ensure the operation and corrective and preventive maintenance of buildings and technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration)
• Perform inspection and maintenance tasks on technical installations
• Manage and perform diagnostic and troubleshooting activities
• Manage and receive subcontractors
• Occasional replacement of some site technicians
• Flawless communication of information to the technical manager
• Propose and implement modifications and improvements on installations and processes
• Commitment and participation in the on-call service

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification with proven experience (between 5 and 8 years) in troubleshooting and maintenance work
• Continuing education in the technical field
• Your training and experience allow you to be comfortable in troubleshooting and maintaining thermal installations, particularly in refrigeration and ventilation systems as well as hydraulic installations
• Holder of the connection authorization according to Article 15 OIBT (desired)
• Fluent in spoken and written French
• Other languages an asset (English, German)
• Proficient in computer tools (MS Office)
• You demonstrate professionalism and ease in interpersonal contacts
• Strong customer orientation
• You are an enthusiastic person with good organizational skills
• Your mastery of refrigeration systems allows you to exchange daily with your colleagues on various technical topics
