Temporary and Casual Employees (m/f/d)

Whether for large productions, holiday absences, or illness and accident-related absences. We are looking for flexible and reliable employees who can support us as needed. The workload is usually around 40–60%, but can vary depending on demand. You will be assigned to one of the three shifts permanently and called upon for assignments as needed.

Early shift working hours: Monday to Thursday 05:00 – 13:45 / Friday 05:00 – 13:30Late shift working hours: Monday to Thursday 13:45 – 22:30 / Friday 13:30 – 22:00Night shift working hours: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 – 05:00

Your challenge

• You help where there is an urgent need in the operation. You support us in the bakery, where you process or package our products according to instructions and under guidance. As needed, you also assist in the packaging area with product labelling.

Your qualifications

• You are curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about varied tasks. You see challenges as opportunities to learn new things and further develop your skills.
• You do not want or cannot work full-time but still want to be professionally active
• You are very flexible and available at short notice
• In addition to physical resilience, you have good German language skills and team spirit
