To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a committed Chief Assembler Plant Construction who is professionally convincing and leads their team with passion.

Your area of responsibility

Technical and personnel leadership of an assembly team in plant construction Planning, coordination and supervision of assembly work Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety Support and promotion of employees and apprentices Organisation of an efficient material and information flow Close cooperation with production and project management Active participation in the assembly of complex plants and assemblies

Our requirements for you

Training as a plant and apparatus builder, locksmith, metalworker or comparable technical basic training Several years of professional experience in plant, machine or steel construction Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership role Organisational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working High quality awareness and pronounced team spirit Good knowledge of German
