Our telephone switchboard is operational 24/7 and 365 days a year.
Located in our premises in Mies, it is the nerve center of our organization and constitutes a key advantage for our clientele, but also for any citizen living in the Terre Sainte region who can thus rely on a competent, fast, and personalized service.

Job description
- Ensure, in a 24/7 rotation, the monitoring and management of calls to the SDS telephone switchboard (being accustomed to working every day of the year, night and day by shift rotation)
- Manage urgent calls, handle requests, filter and communicate information reaching the switchboard.
- Listen, inform, guide, communicate, disseminate information at the hierarchical level and to the teams in place, either:
verbally and/or by radio, or by email, transmission note, written protocol, and proposal and/or follow-up decision for certain events.
- Keep a logbook of all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Receive and note the start and end of shifts of the various teams in the field.
Our operators are also required to perform various administrative tasks which require excellent written French skills as well. A commercial CFC is a plus for the position profile.
