Job Description

We are looking for a lead operator to manage a collaborative welding robot within our metal framework workshop.

Reporting to the assembly team, the main tasks of this position are:

• Set up the first series and prepare instructions in collaborative mode
• Load materials and start the cobot programmes
• Carry out welding finishes and necessary touch-ups
• Ensure the flow of parts and production monitoring
• Control quality and perform finishes if necessary
• Contribute to optimising the cobot’s operation
• Guarantee the safety and proper functioning of the installation
• Ensure versatility with the assembly and welding robot operator

Qualifications

We are looking for someone interested in technology, ideally from the metal construction sector. Naturally autonomous, your logical sense gives you a comprehensive understanding of production flows, and you enjoy proposing improvements and optimising work thanks to your curious mind. You communicate clearly and know how to collaborate effectively with different internal teams.

To ensure the technical aspects of the role, you have skills in welding (manual and/or automatic), as well as in computer tools.
