The GAP TMT application is a key tool in managing interest rate and liquidity risks. It allows:
Monitoring interest rate risk, sensitivities and stress tests
Liquidity management: daily balance sheet, LCR/NSFR ratios, FINMA scenarios
We invite you to join this adventure as a Business Analyst / Functional Expert, in a high-impact role at the intersection of business, technology and strategy.
You will join an expert and committed team, paired with the historic Product Manager, the application’s reference. This position will allow you to:
Gain expertise on a strategic tool, at the heart of ALM, Risk and Finance challenges
Enhance and structure valuable knowledge, in close collaboration with a recognized expert
Become a trusted relay, ensuring the continuity and evolution of the product
Actively contribute to the technological transformation of the application (migration Access → .NET/SQL Server)
🤓 The team
The position is to be filled at our Carouge offices (route de Saint Julien 7).
This position will be attached to the Risk & Credit, Compliance, Tax, Finance &
Regulatory Reporting team composed of about sixty employees.
You will also be in contact with the technical teams based in our offices in Singapore and Lisbon.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
Work in tandem with the Product Manager to understand, formalize and capitalize on functional and technical expertise
Document progressively and structurally the business rules, calculation models, processes and dependencies
Ensure an operational backup role on the GAP TMT scope
Translate Risk, Treasury and Finance needs into clear specifications for the IT teams
Participate in the support and evolution of the application
Support the technological migration and industrialization of flows

If the interview is successful, you will meet the Head of Risk & Credit, Compliance, Tax, Finance.
Final interview with our HRBP at our offices in Lausanne.
