About the job

Co-responsibility for the timely, efficient, and structured handling of all administrative HR processes from entry to exit (excluding payroll processing)

Collaboration on administrative and organizational tasks, for example in the planning and execution of personnel events

Support in HR controlling as well as in the collection and preparation of HR key figures

Contact person for managers and employees on all HR-related questions

From July 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking to strengthen our team for a period of approximately one year with an HRM specialist.

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training as well as specialized further training in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR assistant or personnel clerk)
Initial experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in healthcare
Cheerful, reliable, and careful personality with a strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working
Open and positive manner that contributes to a respectful and collegial team environment
