- Completed commercial basic training as well as specialized further training in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR assistant or personnel clerk)
- Initial experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in healthcare
- Cheerful, reliable, and careful personality with a strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Open and positive manner that contributes to a respectful and collegial team environment
