Job Description
On behalf of our client, an independent Swiss media agency of human scale based in Geneva, we are looking for a 100% Search & Social Specialist.
Within a team of five people, you will contribute to the performance of digital acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of clients with varied challenges. Mainly operational, this position combines management of Search & Social campaigns, results analysis and client support. Your scope will be adapted to your skills and autonomy.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Search & Social clients.
- Understand clients’ challenges and advise them on their digital acquisition strategy.
- Contribute to defining strategies, develop media plans and implement paid media campaigns.
- Manage budgets and monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns according to defined performance indicators.
- Produce clear reports, identify improvement levers and present concrete recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and share best practices.
- Participate in tenders and the development of the Search & Social offering.
We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:
- Concrete experience in Search & Social paid media, in an agency or advertiser environment.
- Experience in managing multichannel campaigns and media budgets.
- Ease in client relations and ability to manage a portfolio with autonomy adapted to your experience.
- Operational mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads; knowledge of Microsoft Ads is an asset.
- Good knowledge of analysis, tracking and performance measurement tools, notably GA4 and GTM.
- Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as organisation allowing management of several projects in parallel.
- Curiosity, proactivity and team spirit.
- Fluent French and professional English; German is an asset but not mandatory.
