HR Consulting Asylum Mandates Zurich 60-80 % (m/f/d)

To complement our HR team, we are looking for from August or by arrangement and limited until the end of June 2027 a

• Consulting managers: You advise employees in leadership roles on labour law, personnel and organisational issues and support well-founded decisions
• Supporting employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle: You are the contact person for complex HR topics and, in addition to advisory tasks, also take on administrative activities together with employees in leadership roles, such as the selection of applicant dossiers, the organisation and conduct of job interviews, salary calculations or the preparation of employment and interim references
• Design & optimisation: You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and bring your knowledge and experience to exciting projects

• Completed training as an HR specialist or a comparable further education
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with sound competencies in HR management and labour law
• Enjoyment of working in the asylum sector, a very dynamic and intercultural environment
• Enjoyment of agile working methods and complex organisational change processes
• Very good German, French and English skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, flexible and resilient personality who gladly takes on responsibility
