Haus Eigenamt AG, a competence centre for the elderly, is a recognised long-term care institution and an important partner in the region's healthcare for people with geriatric and neurocognitive impairments. It has 46 rooms, which can be converted into double rooms upon request.We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and motivated person to support our Technical Service
Building Technician/All-rounder (possibly retiree)
for hourly work as well as regular on-call duties at weekends
Your tasks
• Detecting and resolving minor technical faults
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assisting with grounds maintenance
• Regular on-call duties
You bring
• Completed training as a facility maintenance specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• Willingness to perform on-call duties
• Confident communication in German (spoken and written)
• Good IT user skills
• Stable, good health condition
• Resilient, team-oriented and loyal personality
