For one of our clients, based in the canton of Vaud, we are actively seeking a:

Locksmith Technician for Locking Systems / Access Control

Your tasks:

• Assembly and commissioning of mechanical, mechatronic and electronic locking systems

• Modification and adaptation of existing doors

• Programming of components and certain systems

• Assembly and commissioning of emergency terminals

• Maintenance interventions and after-sales service with clients

• Technical diagnosis and problem solving on installations

• Changing mechanical and electronic lock cylinders 

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as locksmith, carpenter or equivalent training

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in a technical field related to doors, locksmithing or locking systems

• Very good proficiency in reading plans and good technical understanding of door systems

• Knowledge of electricity (a real asset)

• Experience with Dormakaba, Assa Abloy, Glutz or BSW products is an advantage

• Autonomous, rigorous and reliable person

• Good stress management and attention to detail

• Customer-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop technically

• Fluency in spoken and written French

• Driving licence essential

• Experience in Switzerland mandatory
