Our range includes 100,000 items and consists of fittings, tools, machines, and other products, which can be ordered via the online shop and are delivered through modern, in-house logistics. In the field of security technology, we develop, plan, and implement locking systems and access controls. To strengthen the Security Technology business unit at the 📌Wallisellen location, we are offering a position immediately or by arrangement as:

The Security Technology business unit develops customised locking, access, and emergency exit technology concepts for architects and builders. Door fittings are professionally commissioned by our installation technicians according to forward-looking planning and maintained to ensure flawless function.

Security Technology Clerk 100% (all)

Your tasks:

• Complete order processing from order, order confirmation, provision of delivery/installation documents, to invoicing and invoice verification
• Recording and processing of quotations, additional key orders, and cylinder reorders
• Support of our project managers in administrative tasks
• Telephone customer contact for advice and clarifications
• Telephone supplier contact regarding order queries, delivery dates, and product clarifications
• Various tasks in the back office

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar environment advantageous
• Knowledge of common Office programmes
• Very good German language skills
• Independent, precise, and conscientious working style
• Customer-oriented and team-capable personality
• Existing knowledge in handling construction fittings and locking systems facilitates entry into this responsible challenge
