The Siegrist, Ries & Partner in Aarau (AG) is a renowned law and notary office with a long-standing tradition and proven specialisation in the fields of construction and real estate law.

On behalf of Dr Markus Siegrist, lawyer and notary, we have been entrusted with recruiting a service-oriented, independent, team-capable and entrepreneurial-minded individual. We are looking for a person who wishes to take over the notary office and the team of Dr Markus Siegrist in the medium term.

In this responsible role, you will gradually take over the management of an established client portfolio and actively shape the future of the firm together with the existing team.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Independent management and handling of all notarial transactions
• Advice and support for private individuals, companies and institutions
• Certification of real estate, corporate, marriage, inheritance and pension transactions
• Close cooperation with the lawyers of the firm
• Co-design and further development of the notary office

To be able to bring in all your energy, you bring the following:

• Master's or licentiate degree in law, a lawyer's licence is an advantage
• Notary examination, certificate of competence and authorisation to certify
• Ideally several years of professional experience in notarial work
• Knowledge of construction and real estate law is desirable
• Native German speaker with confident written and oral expression
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Sound IT user knowledge and proficient in the use of modern law firm and document management systems
