Chief Physician 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Professional, medical, and personnel management of the outpatient geriatric psychiatry department, including the Memory Clinic in cooperation with the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital
- Conducting assessments in the geriatric field and evaluation of integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatments, including consultative and liaison activities in nursing homes and
- Monitoring and ensuring performance targets in your own area
- Co-design and implementation of projects and in the professional and institutional development
- Collaboration in teaching and research
Your profile
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, ideally with somatic experience
- Ideally, a focus title in geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Very strong leadership personality with high social competence and a positive leadership mindset
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work, somatics/psychiatry, and further development of the treatment offer
- Very good knowledge of German
- Mebeko recognition available
