Our client is an established Swiss corporate group with locations at home and abroad. The company is active in the processing and trading of high-quality materials and offers a stable, technically oriented working environment with short decision-making paths.

To support the finance team at the headquarters in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual.

Your tasks

• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable for several group companies
• Posting and reconciling ongoing bank transactions
• Weekly preparation and control of payment flows
• Management of credit limits and support in risk monitoring
• Coordination with internal contacts and external partners
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in the standardisation and optimisation of financial processes
• Close cooperation with the head of financial accounting and the entire finance team

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a professional certificate
• Professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in an industrial environment
• Very good German or French skills as well as good knowledge of the other language
• Structured, independent and precise way of working
• High IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office and Outlook
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Team-oriented personality with good communication and cooperation skills
