Finance & Controlling at Sinnovativ is more than an administrative function. We ensure reliable
accounting, create financial transparency, and provide important foundations for operational and
strategic decisions. In doing so, we make a significant contribution to the economic stability and sustainable safeguarding of our social mission.

Sinnovativ is in the midst of an exciting phase of organisational development. Finance &
Controlling is also evolving: processes are being professionalised, control instruments expanded,
structures questioned, and workflows further developed. You will be an important professional sparring partner in the finance area and work closely with the Head of Finance & Controlling.

This interests you / you are responsible for

• You manage accounts receivable and accounts payable and handle payment transactions
• You assist with quarterly and annual financial statements and maintain integrated cost accounting
• You support controlling, reporting, and financial analyses
• You optimise processes, workflows, and the use of Abacus
• You think along, question existing practices, and actively help shape the further development of the department

You bring with you

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in cost accounting and enjoyment of numbers and interrelations
• Good and long-standing Abacus user knowledge and affinity for digital processes
• A pronounced understanding of numbers and analytical skills
• A structured, precise, and independent working style
• You are curious, you ask questions, you recognise connections and want to understand what happens behind the numbers
• If a process does not function optimally, you do not simply continue it but consider how it could be improved
• You contribute your own ideas, take responsibility, and enjoy developing solutions together
