Your diverse range of tasks includes in particular:
- Overall responsibility for electrical engineering projects and services within the assigned area
- Leadership, support and further development of an existing team
- Promotion of the professional and personal development of employees
- Planning and management of personnel and operational resources
- Ensuring high-quality, timely and economical service delivery
- Monitoring of projects, orders, budgets and costs
- Analysis and management of relevant business management key figures
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal quality and safety standards

- Planning and organisation of necessary training and awareness measures
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively developing the customer portfolio

- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and other company areas

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Completed further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence
- Required qualifications in the field of electrical safety
- Several years of professional experience in the planning, implementation and support of electrical systems
- Experience in a leadership role or demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong social skills and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Good knowledge of relevant electrical engineering standards and regulations
- Strong understanding of economic and operational contexts
- Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced initiative
- Experience in project and order processing
- Confident handling of MS Office and common digital work tools
- Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
