HEV Switzerland, with around 340,000 members, is the number one in all essential matters concerning property in Switzerland. As a political interest group with comprehensive services for our members, we are looking to strengthen our legal department with a managerial member as of 1 October or by arrangement

You have several years of professional experience in tenancy law and possess in-depth knowledge of property law, especially in condominium ownership, neighbour law, and construction contract law. You appreciate independent work and communicative activities within a committed team.

Your duties include telephone advice to HEV members, acting as a specialist speaker in further training courses and other events. You provide internal and external opinions on legal questions in the real estate sector. In addition, you write specialist articles for our association magazine "Der Schweizerische Hauseigentümer" as well as for our website and prepare forms and guides for house and condominium owners as well as landlords.
