Project Manager Building Automation 80–100%

Tasks

• Professional support and coordination of automation projects across all project phases
• Management and supervision of contractors on construction sites
• Ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of technical specifications
• Inspection of installations, controls and automation-relevant components
• Coordination between client, project management, specialist planners and external partners
• Participation in project and coordination meetings including minute-taking
• Support during commissioning, functional tests and technical acceptance
• Analysis and support in case of malfunctions during realisation and commissioning phases
• Review of technical documents, documentation and revision records
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Completed technical basic training in automation, electrical engineering or building technology
• Further education at HF, FH, BP level or equivalent is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in building automation, MSR or plant automation
• Experience in site coordination, commissioning or project management
• Good knowledge of modern automation and control systems
• Understanding of HVAC, energy and building technology

IT

MS Office
Good knowledge of building management and automation systems
Experience with planning and schematic software is an advantage
Knowledge of digital project documentation
