What to expect

• Independent management of the client portfolio in the area of property insurance: risk analysis, assessment of required coverages, formulation of clear recommendations for our clients
• Negotiations with insurers in the context of renewal or tendering of insurance solutions
• Telephone and personal contacts with clients, the Marsh network, and insurers
• Design, coordination, and implementation of local insurance solutions from both national Swiss insurers and international insurance programmes
• Ongoing advice and active support of our clients in the event of a claim
• Conducting discussions within the consulting team with our clients as well as annual planning at the client level

What you bring

• Solid commercial training with an insurer or broker, possibly supplemented by a Matura (Swiss school-leaving certificate)
• Further education in the insurance sector, for example through a professional certificate, ARM, or a comparable business qualification
• Several years of experience advising corporate clients at a primary insurer or broker
• In-depth expertise in property insurance as well as with international insurance programmes
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong customer orientation, confident manner, and communication skills, also across countries and cultures
• Entrepreneurially minded personality with the ambition to actively take on responsibility
• Strong analytical and networked thinking
