for inpatient care with in-house home care

You will play a key role in implementing processes to establish the highest level of care quality. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.

Your Tasks

Taking over daily responsibility
Advising and supporting nursing staff, trainees, and interns
Responsibility for the implementation and management of the care process and care quality
Co-designing optimal interdisciplinary collaboration
Responsibility for classification using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
Competent advice to relatives as well as internal and external customers
Participation in the training of apprentices (together with BB and BBV)
Significant shaping of the working atmosphere and an effective working environment

We Expect

Completed professional training as a certified nursing specialist (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP)
Knowledge of RAI-HC/interRAI LTCF (advantageous)
Further training in treatment care and preferably experience in geriatrics
Good German language skills in spoken and written form (min. level B2)
Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
Good organizational skills and structured working method
