About the job

• Coordination of daily operations and ensuring a smooth and timely process – focusing on our delivery promise "ordered today, delivered tomorrow"
• Active participation in operational activities with about 80% involvement directly in daily business
• Planning and scheduling of around 50 employees in the packaging area in close cooperation with the team lead and another deputy team lead
• Co-responsibility for the proper and reliable operation of the automatic packaging machine "OPERA"
• Supporting the team lead in professional leadership and situational assumption of disciplinary responsibility
• Ensuring quality, order, and occupational safety as well as accompanying new employees during their induction
• Ensuring smooth information flow within the team and to relevant interfaces

• Completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in logistics, as well as experience in production or logistics environment
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills (at least B2) and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Clear communication, organisational strength, and a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, assertiveness, and resilience
• Clean criminal record
• Willingness to work shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 and corresponding mobility
