We are looking for an employee* Shipping & Logistics (m/f/d) to complement our team and make an important contribution to efficient processes and satisfied customers.

Do you enjoy ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time? Do you keep an overview even with complex goods flows and like working with system support? Would you like to actively improve processes and make a difference together as a team?
In this role, you ensure smooth shipping operations, drive optimisations forward, and make a decisive contribution to efficient logistics processes and high customer satisfaction.
What tasks will you take on?
You:
- store materials properly and ensure the timely shipping of our customer orders.
- carry out bookings precisely in the ERP system, ensuring transparent and correct goods flows.
- optimise shipping processes, design workplaces efficiently, and continuously drive improvements in the warehouse.
- work closely with colleagues and actively support projects in the logistics area.
- take responsibility for smooth shipping operations and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed training in the logistics or technical field and bring experience in the logistics environment.
- are proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office and communicate confidently in German.
- act responsibly, are resilient, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- work independently, with commitment, and value collaboration in a motivated team.
- work flexibly in a 2-shift operation.
