For our client, an established and nationwide Swiss service company in the field of social insurance and occupational pension provision, we are looking for a customer-oriented, independent and communicative personality for the location in the city of Zurich as
Customer Advisor BVG 100% (a), Zurich
Your tasks:
- Independent support and advice for companies and insured persons on all questions relating to occupational pension provision
- Preparation of pension offers and support in selecting suitable pension solutions
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and active participation in acquiring new customers
- Independent handling of administrative processes in insured persons' administration, in particular entries and exits, salary changes, vested benefits and cash payments
- Carrying out calculations in connection with voluntary purchases into the pension fund
- Collaboration on periodic closing tasks and other administrative processing steps
- Support in internal projects and continuous optimisation of workflows
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in occupational pension provision, especially in insured persons and contract administration
- Sound knowledge of administrative processes and legal foundations of the second pillar
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in advising different stakeholder groups
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance towards customers and internal contacts
- Confident German language skills as well as very good, business fluent French skills in spoken and written form
