You bring the following:
- Training as a Health and Social Assistant EBA, SRK Care Aide - or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care or in the field of dementia is desirable
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people with life experience who require care
- High social competence, flexibility and reliability
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
