About the job

Fällanden is an attractive municipality on the charming Greifensee with around 9,600 inhabitants, directly bordering the city of Zurich. In the debt enforcement district Fällanden-Maur-Schwerzenbach, over 25,600 people live. Approximately 6,000 debt enforcement proceedings are initiated annually. The debt enforcement and municipal bailiff's office is located in the Fällanden town hall.

Your tasks

Accept/reject continuation requests
Independent execution of seizures, arrests, and retentions as well as preparing the corresponding documents
Apartment inspections
Management and administration of wage garnishment control
Drafting seizure certificates and loss certificates
Serving payment orders (both internal and external service)
Taking over office tasks (substitutions including telephone service)
Participation in municipal bailiff tasks (certifications, evictions, house searches, etc.)

Your profile

Commercial basic training, preferably in a debt enforcement office/notary or equivalent training with corresponding professional experience
Knowledge of debt enforcement and civil law as well as the relevant provisions of Zurich's laws on judicial administration
Precise, independent, and efficient working style
Teamwork skills, discretion, resilience, and trustworthiness
Strong communication and dialogue skills as well as assertiveness
Driver's license category B with own car
