About the job

To complement our team, we are looking for you from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as

• Responsibility for perioperative organisation
• Proper instrument handling and assisting during operations in all specialist areas
• Ensuring a safe, efficient and high-quality surgical operation
• Operation, maintenance and inspection of medical-technical equipment, instruments and sterile goods
• Support with patient positioning
• Provision of the required instruments and materials
• Co-responsibility for the well-being and care of patients in the operating area
• Taking on on-call duties (at night and on weekends) from home – with attractive compensation
• Opportunity to take on specialist responsibility
• Option to engage as a trainer in the supervision of students in surgical technology

• Completed training as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or an equivalent qualification
• For the optional assumption of the role as a trainer, you have the appropriate training or are willing to complete it
• Committed, responsible and team-oriented personality
• High resilience, flexibility and reliability – even in demanding situations
• Strong quality and service awareness as well as a positive, solution-oriented attitude
