Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring building technical systems
- Coordinating and carrying out repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work
- Obtaining quotes and ordering materials
- Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Performing and reporting additional services
- Participating in moves as well as renovation and refurbishment projects

Your profile:

- Completed technical or craft training (EFZ)
- Several years of experience in a similar role and in managing complex building technical systems
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Good PC user skills
- High quality awareness and strong customer orientation
- High team spirit and flexibility
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
